Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Scaffold Apps, LLC (“Scaffold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using Scaffold, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Scaffold. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, you may use Scaffold only after that requirement is met. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Scaffold.
Accounts and account security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may delete your account from Settings in the app. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Subscription cancellation is handled through your Apple account.
App license and ownership
Subject to these Terms, Scaffold grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for your own lawful, noncommercial purposes.
Your download and use of Scaffold are also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that agreement. If there is a conflict concerning the license to the app, Apple’s standard agreement controls.
Scaffold, including its software, visual design, artwork, buildings, text, trademarks, and other content supplied by us, is owned by Scaffold Apps, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Scaffold Premium subscriptions
Scaffold may offer an auto-renewable monthly subscription called Scaffold Premium. The price and included benefits are displayed before purchase and may vary by country or region. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting Scaffold or deleting your Scaffold account does not cancel the subscription.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its duration and post-offer price will be shown before purchase. Unless you cancel before the offer ends, the subscription will renew at the displayed price. Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under its applicable policies. You may restore eligible purchases using the Restore Purchases option in Scaffold.
We may change subscription features or prices prospectively. Apple will provide any notice or consent process required for a price change. Changes do not reduce access already owed for a paid subscription period, subject to applicable law.
Virtual currency, rewards, and items
Scaffold may provide virtual coins, tokens, rewards, buildings, variants, unlocks, or other digital items. These items are licensed features of the app, not money or personal property. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside functionality expressly provided by Scaffold.
We may adjust virtual items when reasonably necessary to operate the app, correct errors, prevent fraud or abuse, or rebalance features. We will not use this provision to deprive you of paid subscription access during a period for which you are entitled to receive it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Scaffold, interfere with its operation, access another person’s account, attempt to bypass security or subscription controls, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits it, automate abusive activity, exploit errors for improper advantage, or use Scaffold to violate law or another person’s rights.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as Scaffold evolves. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the app will operate without interruption or error.
You may stop using Scaffold at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or use the service unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law, will survive.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Scaffold is a productivity and entertainment tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee productivity, health, academic, employment, or other outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scaffold is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scaffold Apps, LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of Scaffold. Our total liability for claims relating to Scaffold will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Scaffold during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, claims relating to these Terms or Scaffold must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Scaffold changes or as required by law. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it as required by applicable law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

Friends and shared neighborhoods
Scaffold lets you connect with friends and choose neighborhoods to share. You remain responsible for the content and arrangements you choose to share. You grant Scaffold a limited license to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate the sharing feature.
Do not share content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful. We may restrict or remove access to shared content or social features when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.
